The Terms
If you’ve used up your support hours, additional support will be charged at our standard hourly rate or you can upgrade your plan to keep your reduced rate.
If you have more than 2 unused support hours, you can carry them over to the following year.
A custom quote can be provided for any tasks we deem out of scope of a support plan.
Full payment for the support plan is required in advance
