Meet the Team
Jeanine - Shopify Expert & Web Designer
With over 20 years in the digital industry, I’ve worked with everyone from small startups to established brands.
My background includes nearly eight years in IT for major law firms in NZ and the UK, followed by 10 years as a developer for an email marketing company. So I know both the technical and strategic sides of online business.
Back then, Shopify was just starting to take off in New Zealand and Australia.
I was one of the very first official Shopify Experts in NZ. Eventually, I took the leap, left my day job, and went all-in.
Today, I run Creative Web Designs as a boutique agency, working closely with Fiona, Gillian and a small group of trusted specialists.
When you call or email us, you’re speaking directly to the people who’ll be working on your site. No layers, no hand-offs, just personal, expert support from start to finish.
I specialise in creating Shopify stores that look great, run smoothly, and are simple for you to manage. I understand the pressures of running your own brand, so my goal is to make your website the one thing you don’t have to stress over.
Fiona - Shopify Support & Graphic Design
With a Diploma in Visual Arts and years of experience in design both in NZ and the UK, I bring a creative eye and strong organisational skills to every project.
My time working with the SPCA gave me a deep understanding of customer service and project management, along with a knack for juggling multiple priorities while keeping quality high.
I’ve loved learning the ins and outs of Shopify and helping our clients bring their brand to life online - always with an eye for detail and a focus on making the process as smooth as possible.
Gillian - Digital Marketing Specialist
With over 20 years in marketing, I’ve worn just about every hat there is.
Ads, strategy, and creative to briefing designers, managing SEO, working with ad agencies, and even photo and video production.
I love the variety of my work. One day I might be planning an ad campaign, the next diving into analytics, or brainstorming creative ways to boost sales.
Whatever the task, my focus is always on helping our clients connect with their customers and grow online.
